APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
BOOKING
DEPOSIT
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice so that someone else may visit us instead. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full service. We will try to accommodate you the best we can but please understand that we need to run on time to avoid inconveniencing our other appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours will also incur a 100% charge(excluding illness). Rebooking no-show appointments require a 100% deposit at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.​​
​​​A booking deposit of 50% will be required for new clients booking with services. This deposit will be refundable only if the appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. All Smoothing Treatment bookings for new and existing clients require a 50% deposit.
